— An Embodied Leadership Coach for Queens
A wife, a mother of one (with our second starseed on the way! 💖), and a coach for ambitious female trailblazers like yourself. It is my greatest honor to support female leaders in harnessing the superpowers of their feminine energy to become magnetic, embodied, intuitive and on FIRE across all areas of life.
I coach CEOs and Queens on polarity, feminine archetypes and feminine leadership, to help them heal, connect with and harness the power of their innate magic, to create a LOVE life that feels juicy and turned on, AND a business that is in full alignment and can flow, via my flagship container, The Queendom Mastermind and my inner circles and 1-1 clients.
I've also written 2 bestselling books published by Hay House, and led over 40+ retreats in places like Bali, Costa Rica, Mexico and The Maldives.
My Story...
Before I embraced my feminine power, my life was a whirlwind of overwhelm and exhaustion.
I launched my second book, Hungry for More, and organized a 300-person event, The Self Love Summit, all in the same month. I was pounding the coffees and the streets of London, determined for these ventures to be a huge success. And they were. My book made the bestsellers list, shooting to no. 2 on Amazon, and all the event tickets sold out. I even did a segment on Loose Women… but as soon as it was all over, I felt nothing. I felt like I needed to lie on the floor and stare at the ceiling for weeks while my nervous system recalibrated.
I had a $50K month, my highest-earning one to date, but seeing all that money come in made me think, if this is what ‘making it’ feels like, it’s not worth it... at all. My TEDx talk came out not long after and was featured in Forbes 30 Under 30, but those achievements didn’t mean anything to me. I felt so drained and empty, like I had just ticked boxes rather than experienced things that had been on my vision board for years.
It wasn’t like I didn’t have a team. I had hired people to help me, but I didn’t have many onboard, and I was still doing a lot myself because I couldn’t let anything go. I micromanaged people, worried they wouldn’t be able to do things as fast or as well as I could. I was afraid to expand or upgrade because I was living launch to launch. At the time, I was running all of my programs live — I didn’t have passive income streams to generate recurring revenue. Funnels weren’t a thing in my business, which was a pretty high-risk way to live.
If a launch did well, I felt good about myself, but if a launch didn’t, I felt bad. So much of my self-worth was attached to my work. If I wasn’t performing, if I wasn’t productive, then I didn’t have value... or so I thought.
I joined a business mastermind, eager to solve my problems with one of the leading experts in the industry — a male, of course. I paid £20K to fly to San Francisco and be in the room with everyone else who’d invested… but I never felt more out of place. Everyone was ambitious and industrious, but there was such a lack of heart and soul in the room. Even though about 40% of the participants were women, I remember thinking, “These are not my people! Where’s the mastermind with people like me?!”
I had a hard realization that, although my business existed to serve women, I was sacrificing everything right-brained about myself to reach them — which made no sense at all. My inner masculine was running the show, making me feel like I’d never earned the right to rest… and I totally burnt out.
I knew there was a corner of the internet for women in their feminine, but I perceived them as ‘weaker.’ I worried that, if I softened into those gentler sides of myself, my growth would stagnate or decline. On the contrary, it was quite the opposite. I dove deep into learning about energetics and polarity and realized that neglecting my innate power wasn’t just creating problems with my leadership, but with my love life, too. Many of the arguments I had in my romantic relationship were because I was operating from a place of constant hustle and stress.
Only when I started seeing my feminine energy as a superpower did my business soar to 7 figures.
The best part was that it happened with much less work, and I didn’t have to sacrifice myself or my relationships in the process (my love life exploded 😉). When I crossed the 7-figure mark, I didn’t even realize it. It happened naturally and organically... and Queen, it can for you too.

Hey Queen! Your journey inside The Queendom begins as soon as you enrol, and then finishes in one year, unless you decide to renew and stay for another round!
What you learn in this container will be deeply impactful for your leadership regardless of whether you are an entrepreneur or not. However, the Queendom is largely suited to women who are either already entrepreneurs or who deeply desire to be!
When you join us on a pay in full plan, you’ll receive a Bonus 1-1 coaching ccall with Mel where you’ll drop in together for a deep dive into love, life, leadership and strategy! You can have this 1-1 call at any point during your Queendom year. (Value: $1,500)
You’ll be attending 3 x core coaching calls per month with Mel – your LIVE masterminding, your LOVE activation and embodiment coaching and your LEAD business and strategy coaching with Mel. You’ll also be invited to two additional calls each month; one where we invite a Guest Expert in to lead a training or Q+A on their zone of magic, and one where we’ll gather for our Hypnobreathwork Ceremonies with Suzy Perry, so you can dive deep into your somatic healing journey too.
